Zeljko Nikolic
Director and Founder
Zeljko has over 20 years of industry and management consulting experience. Prior to founding Lilyfield Partners, he spent almost 15 years with Accenture, working across Australia and Asia, most recently as Managing Director in their Sydney office. He has proven business improvement and transformation delivery experience across multiple industries including: education, professional services, financial services, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, mining, transport, construction, utilities, energy and chemicals.
This experience gives him a unique perspective on what is required to align businesses to new market challenges and opportunities in diverse organisational and industry settings.
Zeljko is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds an MBA and bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
