Managing Director
Zeljko is a seasoned business leader with an exceptional track record of leading complex transformation across diverse industries. As the Managing Director and Founder of Lilyfield Partners, he specialises in developing and delivering large-scale transformation programs. He is highly regarded by his clients for his collaborative approach, which effectively transform strategic objectives into tangible outcomes driving profitable growth and enhancing operational performance.
He has led transformative projects across sectors, including higher education, professional and business services, energy, mining, transport, retail, FMCG, agri-business and construction.
Prior to founding Lilyfield Partners, Zeljko enjoyed a successful career in consulting, supply chain, operations and engineering.

Erin is a strategic leader with +20 years of experience driving organisational change and optimising complex processes. She has led transformative projects across sectors including higher education, mining, aged care, telco, retail, and NFP, delivering lasting results.
With a sharp strategic mindset and a passion for tackling complex challenges, Erin thrives on turning vision into action. She fosters collaboration, builds high-performing teams, and takes pride in celebrating progress, no matter how small.
She holds an MBA from the University of Queensland as well as Chemical Engineering and Science degrees from The University of Melbourne. Prior to joining Lilyfield Partners, Erin held roles at Rio Tinto and McKinsey.

Greg helps organisations cut through complexity and deliver results. With expertise in operational excellence, process improvement, and large-scale transformation, he’s worked across industries - including telecommunications, banking, higher education, mining services, and logistics to drive lasting impact.
His career spans strategy execution, lean six sigma leadership, agile innovation, and major project delivery. From redesigning a university’s critical processes to leading a $400M supply chain transformation, Greg focuses on unlocking value through a combination of design thinking, process excellence, and disciplined execution.
Before Lilyfield Partners, Greg held leadership roles at Accenture and Caterpillar, building high-performing teams and driving strategy, innovation, and operational performance globally.
